Jay Mendoza of Batch 1

Jay is currently a Management Committee member of Motortrade, heading the Marketing team of the Philippine's largest motorcycle distributor & retail chain of Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kymco. Motortrade is also the world's biggest Kawasaki Motorcycle dealer, one of the Philippine's top 500 most profitable companies, a multi-billion peso business with over 500 branches nationwide. He is a leader in Strategic Marketing Management, experienced in Retail Distribution, FMCG, and Telecommunications (Mobile, Remittance, and Broadband)

In Motorcycle Distribution, Jay has delivered the highest recorded sales, surpassing targets in the company's history and growing market share ahead of targets & volumes by 20% ahead of industry in 2013 and effectively doubling the company's net income.

As a Brand Manager in Asia Brewery Inc., he successfully killed off leading competitor brands in the energy drinks category and grew the Cobra Energy Drink brand in both volume and value to 70% share, faster than the category and in spite 2011’s declining beverage sector.

Has over half a decade of marketing experience in Globe Telecom, one of the fastest-paced companies in the Asia-Pacific, involving strategic planning, management, business casing, and project execution in Consumer Marketing & Brand Management under the tutelage of the industry’s foremost movers and shakers.
Roshan Nandwani of Batch 3

Roshan is a marketing/advertising professional with more than 7 years of experience in digital advertising and integrated communications. She has handled projects from various industries covering strategy, implementation, media and analytics. She is currently the Head of Digital for BBDO Guerrero / Proximity.

Roshan started her career in 2007 as a Project Manger in /Proximity Philippines. She first started doing CRM and integrated marketing, eventually focusing on digital marketing.

In 2010, she had a short stint at Yahoo Philippines as a Strategy manager she developed media strategies across various brands from telecommunications, travel and technology.

In the same year, she moved back to BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines she was seconded to PepsiCo as Regional Digital Manager. Her main role was to educate and encourage digital marketing across the region.

Eventually she was made the Digital Strategist for BBDO handling brands such as the DOT, Pepsi, and Johnsons Baby. She was then made the Digital Group Account Direct at BBDO Guerrero overseeing the development and implementation of all digital campaigns of the agency.

Rosh graduated from De La Salle University with degrees in Communication Arts and Advertising management.
